Join your fellow sound collectors and art and audio archivists* for happy hour at the Mandrake on Saturday, May 5th! The Mandrake is conveniently located in Culver City across the street from Blum & Poe, which will then be hosting ACID–FREE, a new art book market and event organized by a collective of Los Angeles-based independent art book publishers.

* Librarians, media archivists, and LIS students—this includes you, too!

Students and new professionals are especially encouraged to attend. Small bites will be provided by the hosts, and you can take advantage of the Mandrake’s $8 happy hour cocktails if you fancy a drink.
